Great Hotel in Caserta Italy

Hello everyone! I'm Angela from Naples and I would like to share a short trip with you which I made earlier this month to Caserta, a city located north of Naples and home to one of the best shopping outlets in Italy, the La Reggia Outlet.

Every now and then me and my friends go there to do some shopping but twice a year we go for the weekend since there are the mega sales ( first week of January and first week of July) and this is probably where you want to do your shopping.

Eventhough Caserta isn't too far away from Naples we always spend a girls weekend out so this year we booked at the Crown Plaza Caserta and found a ridiculously good deal through booking.com so we ended up paying 50 euros for a double room with a fixed rate of 190 euros a night!

What can I say, the place was beautiful with a very spacious room, great king size bed, glean bathroom with a tub and all kinds of extra facilities like free parking, outdoor pool and a very delicious breakfast. They served it all from 6 types of cakes to fresh baked croissants, buffalo mozzarella and so on. We didn't even had the time to fully enjoy all of it because we were out all day but I did see the Illy bar in the lobby (the lobby walls were designed like water falls so water was running over the walls which changed colours so the lobby turned from blueish to green, really beautiful) and I remember there being a gym as well.

If you're heading into Caserta make sure to get an ice cream at Kono' on Corso Trieste where they make their own waffles and cones.
