Business Trip to Tórshavn, Faroe Islands

For work I had the opportunity to visit Tórshavn, the capital of the Faroe Islands and eventhough we were there to do several projects it was a great chance to see something of this beautiful city. We stayed at the 4 star Hotel Føroyar in Tórshavn which was great and arranged our shuttle from Vágar Airport to the hotel.  Travel Guide TorshavnIn Tórshavn we didn't do a lot of sightseein but driving from one meeting to another and after working hours I did manage to some of the towns attractions. We went to see the Tórshavn Cathedral, the legendary Tórsvøllur Stadium and the amazing house of the parliament which looked more like a holiday chalet than a political building but all the same had its charme and an amazing view over the harbor. The nature around Tórshavn is very beautiful and maybe next time I will have the time to explore more of that side of the Faroe Islands.
