From Tonga we flew northeast to Niue Island, also known as the Rock Island because of its gorgeous landscapes, coastal cliffs and natural rock pools. Besides touring around and sightseeing Niue Island is also an excellent place to discover the underwater world and do some snorkeling excursions condidering it being one of the world's biggest coral islands. One of my favourite spots on the island was the Ocean Archway where you can snorkel in crystal clear water surrounded by beautiful rock sculptures. You also shouldn't miss the beautiful volcanic rocks along the east coast, the arches and caverns near Limu and the Huvalu forest to spot some of the island's most unique critters. Did you enjoy The Landscapes of Niue Island and have you been on a holiday in Alofi, Niue?
