Transportation:
From the A299 roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A28 Canterbury Road. Follow this road until you reach Birchington village, take a right at the mini roundabout and carry on through Westgate towards Margate, still on the A28. When you can see the sea on your left you have reached Margate main sands. At the Clock Tower ahead of you stay in the left hand lane and continue on this road past the Winter Gardens until you reach the Smiths Court Hotel.
