After about mile, after St Johns church and the War Memorial gardens both on your right, turn right up Coed Pella Road by the Job Centre. Woodland Park West is the third turning on the left and Ellingham House is the large red brick house on the corner. From the West - Anglesey, Bangor and ConwyTake the A55 westbound and leave at junction 20 signposted Rhos on Sea.
