Kohimarama Retreat is an executive 5 bedroom residence sleeping 10, fully furnished with all the comforts of home, available all year round for short term rentals.It is located in the Auckland beachside suburb of Kohimarama: 10 minutes walk from the beautiful Kohimarama Beach, 15 minutes walk to the vibrant restaurants and beach at Mission Bay. There is also a glass roof, tiled conservatory off the dining room so the outlook to the garden can be enjoyed all year round. Outdoor furniture and a gas barbecue enable al fresco dining on the deck much of the year.ENTERTAINMENT AREAS: The large lounge is equipped with television including Sky satellite channels and a DVDCD player. A computer with a broadband internet access connection is also available for your use. Between the dining room and kitchen is a second living room equipped with a TV and video machine. The downstairs games room holds a full size snookerbilliards table and a TV, and opens out to the native garden.FACILITIES:The house is fully equipped with quality bathroom and bedroom linen. The new modern kitchen overlooking the tree lined driveway is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery and cooking implements, an electric oven and hob, fridge and freezer, microwave and dishwasher. There is a laundry with washing machine, dryer and a full size washing line.CONFERENCES:For a small additional charge conference facilities for up to 10 people can be supplied. This includes two conference tables with linen tablecloths, a whiteboard and accessories, a projector and S-Video and AV connectors to the two televisions to enable PC presentations.
