We are the next corner along at number 37.Taxi from the airport takes 30 minutes and should cost 50.Taxi from the bus depot and train terminal takes 15 minutes and should cost 16.From city, take 109 Tram to Box Hill and alight at Church St. Walk to the 711 store and turn left into Buckingham St.If you re approaching by car from the SE direction, exit from the left at the Burnely off ramp. This is the next exit after Toorak Rd. Follow the signs to BurnleyRichmond until you are at the south end of Burnely St. Follow Burnely St and cross Swan St and Bridge Rd, both with tram lines. Buckingham is on the left one street past Kent St. We are up the other end at 37.If you re coming from Ballarat the Western Ring Rd links to the Westgate Freeway From Geelong about 5 kilometres west of the bridge. Once over the bridge stay in the lane 2nd from the left. Traffic will be at 100kph here. Follow this freeway into the Burnley Tunnel. Once in the tunnel stay in the extreme left lane. Exit to Burnley St at the end of the tunnel. Follow Burnely St and cross Swan St and Bridge Rd, both with tram lines. Buckingham is on the left one street past Kent St. We are up the other end at 37.
