There are 45 self-contained villas, all with reverse cycle air-con, private balconies with outdoor settings, and in most cases individual BBQs. All bedroom and bathroom linen supplied. Please note: we ask that you bring beachpool towels. Austar TV is provided free of charge.There is a covered, heated swimming pool and a children's playground, set under a canopy of beautiful trees and native terraced gardens. An easy 5 min. stroll will take you to the centre of Metung village with its restaurants, bakery, cafes and waterfront hotel.

Attractions:
Metung is situated on the Gippsland Lakes, which is Australia's largest inland waterway, a haven for boating and fishing. Access to 90 Mile Beach is 20 minutes away. For those wanting a round of golf, Kings Cove Golf Course is only a 5 min. drive from Metung. See farms, orchards and wineries, where you can meet the growers and sample local produce. Bring your bike and hit the East Gippsland Rail Trail, a series of tracks following the old railway line between Bairnsdale and Nowa Nowa. From Metung you can visit the township of Buchan and spend a leisurely day exploring the spectacular underground caves with a guided tour. Buchan Caves Reserve is a beautiful spot for picnic lunch. For the less adventurous, wander down to the village of Metung, browse the art and and craft shops, grab a coffee or enjoy a quiet drink at the Metung Hotel overlooking beautiful Bancroft Bay.
