A delightful, spacious 2 bedroom apartment in an historic - c.1840, waterfront mansion, located in one of Hobarts most desireable residential locations. Apartment is extremely well presented with comfortable furnishings some antique and plenty of original artworks. It has 2 large bedrooms, a modern, very well equipped kitchen, with espresso machine, a seperate comfortable lounge dining room with french doors opening onto a sunny north facing balcony and a bathroom with a view and a bath. There is a barbeque area in a delightful courtyard at the rear of property, as well as off street parking and access onto 'Nutgrove Beach'. A bus stop and gourmet grocery store, specialising in Tasmanian produce are located within 200 metres of front door. 'Prossers' award winning seafood restaurant is only a 10 min. walk along beach and plenty of other facilities including university and casino are located close by.
