Upstairs is the spacious open plan living area that opens out onto a private balcony with your views to the ocean; along with an internal smaller private deck that protects you from any prevailing winds, 2 bedrooms and the main bathroom. Downstairs is a second living area with plasma screen TV and the Master bedroom with ensuite, opening onto a semi enclosed garden area with outside seating...the perfect getaway from the children where you can read a book in peace. Other features include: reverse cycle air-con, Austar, state of the art electronic touch pad systems that operate everything from the lights to locking the house up and saying goodbye; secure double garage and access to the adjacent resort which supplies guests with the use of 2 pools, tennis court, sauna, spa and small gym. These facilities are only a short stroll away. Wireless internet access is available. It is approximately 20 mins walk to the main street of Byron or a 3 min drive. Tallows Beach is a short walk through heathland in front of the resort. All linen is provided. There is a Security deposit on this property.
