Venice is amazingly romantic city and before visiting people always told me to visit the cities of Florence and Venice at least once as they are the two most enchaunting cities of Italy. At first I didn't believe them but when I arrived in Venice I could see why they call it the city of lovers and romance! We drove to Venice by car with stops in Padova, where we visited some relatives and Jesolo where we decided to spend the night. The next morning we got up early and drove to Venice. The city is made out of this amazing labyrinth of canals and small streets where getting lost is almost a pleasure! We walked for quite a while heading to Piazza San Marco, the main square, but I enjoyed every step of it and couldn't stop staring into the amazing gift shops with all its amazing masks and glass art works. In the end I even bought a mask made out of beautiful feathers to bring home as a souvenir. Of course we also fed the pigeons which is almost a must do in Venice and had a great time walking around this city. Did you enjoy Pigeons and Gondola rides in Venice and have you been on a holiday in Venice, Italy?
