Holiday in Phuket Thailand

Of my two week holiday in Thailand I stayed half of the time in Phuket, probably the most popular travel destination on the coast and a crowded backpackers hub.

But Phuket is not just about heading to the beach or get drunk partying all night long, there are a lot of other things to do that would leave you with a much better travel experience and Thailand memories.

Trip to Phuket

From Phuket boats and ferries leave everyday to the surrounding Islands like Ko Phi Phi, Krabi or Ko Lanta but you can also hop on a speedboat to spend your holiday snorkeling the dreamy Similan Islands.

Of course you don't have to spend your holiday in the water and if you're more a hiking and sightseeing type of traveller than you should get to the Big Buddha.

I added some pictures of my hike up there and not taking in consideration the weather it was a great trip and definitely a view from up there that's hard to compete with.
