India exciting tour to Rajgir

Rajgir is known as a traditional pilgrim travel destination in North East India and often visited on a journey which combines travelling to India with other countries like Nepal and Bangladesh.

Not being that religious Rajgir for me was more an exciting tour destination than a pilgrim's must see in this lifetime destination.

Vacation in Rajgir

I had read about the incredibile scenery around the Pagoda of Peace in my India travel guide, which is probably one of the most popular tourist attractions around Rajgir and intrigued by it all I decided to go there.

Together with my best friend and travel mate in crime I arrived in Rajgir where we prepared ourselves for a 5.30 am hike up the World Peace Pagoda. T

he hike was quite the sightseeing trip but the view over the town of Pokhara, Phewa lake and the Annapurna range was well worth it!
