Cruising from Canada to Alaska road trip

My last travel adventure was quite impulsive and while I was on a holiday in Canada me and my friends decided to leave for a roadtrip and cruise all the way to Alaska.

We all agreed it would be the road trip of a lifetime and we were right! We hired a campervan and did some groceries for the upcoming two weeks.

Holiday in Gilpatricks

All the way from British Columbia,Canada to Alaska the scenery kept on surprising us and the trip along the Haines Highway.

The cool thing about this Alaska trip was that we had never been there before and we had no idea where we were going. We did have some good maps and of course we had done some preparations but we also had a lot of fun getting lost.

We travelled to all kinds of spooky little places like the town of Gilpatricks which lies south of Anchorage where we stayed at the Chitina Hotel. The hotel was really small for the five of us but the owner really friendly and helped us a lot.

Cruising from Canada to Alaska we got to know eachother better and it really made our friendship even stronger. Besides that, Alaska is such a beautiful travel destination that I probably would have gone there anyway, even by myself.
