San Miguel de Allende is a beautiful little town in the region of Allende which lies in the central highlands of Mexico. The central point of San Miguel de Allende and a sacred place of gathering is formed by the Church of St. Michael the Archangel, also known as La Parroquia. La Parroquia shows off some of San Miguel de Allende's finest architecture and gives the town it's magical charme. Especially viewed from the hills or at night La Parroquia makes it easy to understand why San Miguel de Allende like some other towns in Mexico is considered a Pueblo Magico and added to the UNESCO World Heritage List. I stayed in San Miguel de Allende for two nights and booked upon arrival at Casa Maria, a great bed and breakfast with a good location. In the morning we went to El Correo for a real Mexican breakfast which was pretty good. For the picky ones, I know they sell pancakes as well:) Did you enjoy San Miguel de Allende in Mexico and have you been on a holiday in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico?
