In the summer of 2007 I went to England for a college experience in Nottingham. I made the journey together with my father and brothers, and during 15 days it was my mission to learn everything there is to know about this country, correct English grammar included. Of course we also had enough time to explore the beauty of the towns around Nottingham like York, Cambridge and Crestwood. It was a beautiful experience and the people were really friendly. The nature is also very impressing with its lush gardens and spacious landscapes. The cities on the other hand are great for sightseeiing and I don't even remember how many museums I visited. The college I went to was located in Nottingham and it didn't took me a long time to meet new friends and catch up! We all went to different classes which took place in the morning and afternoon. We also had to take several testes so the teaches could check the level of our skills. Eventhough at the beginning the whole idea of going to school during Summer didn't appeal much to me I really liked the whole college experience. Of course it wasn't all about the books, we also practised all kinds of sports and made trips to visit the city or explore the nightlife. The only thing I regret is that I didn't visit London, but I'm sure that I will the next time! Did you enjoy Summer college in Nottingham and have you been on a holiday in Nottingham, United Kingdom?

Travel ReviewLiked: Nottingham is filled with nice shops and beautiful houses. York is very pittoresque and has a very nice city centre where you will find all kinds of souvenirs. Cambridge is known for the university and the whole college culture.
Disliked: I was a regular customer at Mc Donalds and Burger King.
